We are not mere chickens but eagles destined to soar to sublime heights; we are made for freedom and laughter and goodness and love and eternity - Archbishop Desmond Tutu

High on a stormy mountain top in Africa, an eagle chick is blown out of his nest. Rescued by a stranger he is taken back to a village where he grows up among the chickens, thinking he is one of them. Until one day... he realises he is different and sets off to find his true home. On his travels, he gets lost and meets the ugly duckling, who is sad because the other ducklings make fun of him.
